The math program ‘The Journey with Numbers’ is based on experiential and cooperative learning. All activities can be carried out in group-settings and each child is actively involved in all activities, whether games, songs or exercises, with or without materials. The teacher, who is using a positive educational approach, engages all the children in her class continuously in this learning process. This approach is described in detail in the teacher’s guide.
The child, who gains knowledge through experienced-based learning, builds strong fundamental blocks for his future life, and will never forget what he has learned. Experiential knowledge makes a very strong impression on the memory, and enables the gained knowledge to become part of his life.
